ACCOUNTING AA LTD - TERMS OF BUSINESS

The following terms govern all orders placed by the client and shall be incorporated into each contract
entered into between the Buyer and Accounting AA Ltd for the supply of goods and service.
- Price
- The price shall be increased by the amount of GST except where expressly included in the quotation given.
- Alterations to any price shall be effective from the date specified at the time of giving notice to the Buyer.
- Payment
- Unless expressly amended in the quotation, payment in full will be made on the delivery of goods and service.
- An invoice only will be issued and payment must be made on this invoice.
- In all circumstances Accounting AA Ltd retains ownership of the project until complete payment is made.
- If the Buyer defaults on payment Accounting AA Ltd may charge a default penalty at a rate per annum equal to the retail lending base rate at the Bank Of New Zealand and calculated on a daily basis on the unpaid portion of the price from due date until payment in full.
- If a credit or debt collection agency is required to obtain payment any costs charged by the agency in the course of collection of outstanding monies owed by the Buyer, including commisions, will be on charged and paid by the Buyer.
- Use of Information
- The Buyer agrees that AccountingAA may use any information it has about the Buyer relating to their credit worthiness and give that information to any other person, including any credit or debt collection agency for credit assessment and debt collection purposes.
- Accounting AA Ltd agrees that other information gathered about the Buyer is to remain confidential to Accounting AA Ltd.
- If the Buyer is an individual, the Buyer has rights under the Privacy Act 1993 to access and request the correction of any personal information that Accounting AA Ltd holds about the Buyer.
- Cancellation
- The Buyer agrees to inform Accounting AA Ltd when they wish to cancel an appointment, giving at least 48 hours prior notice. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee calculated at 50% of the value of the appointment, plus GST.
- Disclaimer of Liability
This disclaimer refers to when we complete Monthly Accounts preparation for clients at their premises.
A compilation is limited primarily to the collection, classification and summarisation of financial information supplied by the client. A compilation does not involve the verification of that information. We have not carried out an audit or a review assignment on the monthly accounts and therefore we accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the materials from which the monthly accounts have been prepared.
Further, the monthly accounts have been prepared at the request of and for the purpose of the client only and we accept no responsibility on any ground whatever, including liability for negligence, to any other person.
